Located in Centennial Shores, Island Park's premier gated recreational community. The Lodge is brand new with over 4300 sq ft and 1200 sq ft of decks. It sits atop a large 2.4 acre parcel with expansive views of the Centennial Mountains and Island Park Reservoir. All guests will receive private and free boat launch access to the Island Park Reservoir. The lodge is fully equipped, including propane fireplace, fire pit, wireless internet, satellite TV, Pool Table, Foosball Table, Darts, Propane BBQ Grill, and HOT TUB.
Rates: 3 night minimum
$550 per night
$600 per holiday night
Prices do not include 8% sales/resort tax or insurance fees.

Cancellation Policy:
When cancelling outside the 60 day cancellation policy all funds you have paid are
refundable. When cancelling within the 60 day cancellation window the funds you
have paid are non refundable. We will try to rebook the dates you reserved and if
we can rebook them you will get a refund minus a $75.00 rebooking fee.
