Let us know if there is a particular cabin that you are inquiring about or if you need help to find one that will fit your groups needs.
Steps to renting a cabin:
1) Find a cabin that will fit your group. Children and Babies DO count towards the people count.
2) Rainbow Realty will send you a rental agreement.
3) You sign and mail back the agreement with the required security deposit and 1/2 of the total rent to Rainbow Realty within 7 days.
4) Full payment or second 1/2 of the total rent amount is due 60 days prior to the check-in date.
Payment Policy:
Rainbow Realty does not accept credit cards. Payment needs to be in the form of a personal check, money order, or cashiers check. We do cash all security deposits.
Damage Deposit Policy:
After departure the home will be inspected. If the inspection reveals no damage to or theft of rental property during the period of occupancy and if "clean up" has been accomplished (as mentioned in the Check-Out Procedures), your full security deposit will be refunded. NOTE: The full damage deposit amount will be charged if any animals are kept at the rental cabin or if smoking is detected in the cabin. $30 will be deducted for garbage left behind. $25 for each extra person staying at the rental cabin over the maximum allowed, fee to be determined if left excessively dirty. Departures after 11 am will be charged $50 per hour in one hour increments.
Cancellation Policy:
If you decide to cancel your reservation, please give us 60 (sixty) days notice in order to have your payment (minus a $75 re-booking fee) refunded. If you fail to comply with these cancellation rules and cancel with less than 60 (sixty) days to the reservation date, 50% of the total rental price will be forfeited.
