Located in a gated Island Park Reservoir community of Bills Island, you are only 1/2 mile from the community boat launch. Island Park Reservoir surrounds Bills Island and only has one road in and out. Enjoy the water activities, ATV trails, and snowmobile trails from this cabin.
Main floor has a kitchen, dining room, living room with sofa bed, master bedroom with king bed and private full bathroom, laundry room with 1/2 bath, and mud room to the hot tub.
The second floor has a loft with a sofa bed, sleeping loft with 2 futons, 2 bedrooms, and full bathroom. First bedroom has a queen bed. Second bedroom has 2 queen beds and a sleeping loft with 2 futons.
Rates: 3 night minimum
$255 per night; $1530 per week (7 nights)
$305 per holiday night
