Other Amenities: This 5 bedroom home has 360 degrees views of majestic mountains.  Access to the community park and boat ramps for the Island Park Reservoir.  Open vaulted ceilings, propane rock fireplace, master crafted kitchen, master bedroom is located on the main floor with walk in closets and a jetted tub in the private bathroom.  Upper loft has a theater room for those movie nights.  A fully finished basement with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a large family room.  Covered decks for scenery watching, hot tub, and fire pit.

Rates:  3 night minimum

$450 per night

$500 per night for holidays

Prices do not include 8% sales/resort tax.

Cancellation Policy:

When cancelling outside the 60 day cancellation policy all funds you have paid are
refundable. When cancelling within the 60 day cancellation window the funds you
have paid are non refundable. We will try to rebook the dates you reserved and if
we can rebook them you will get a refund minus a $75.00 rebooking fee.
