Other Amenities:  Brand new Waterfront cabin on the Island Park Reservoir with its own private cove and dock.  4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, loft, and propane fireplace.  Cove provides a private swimming hole.  Enjoy the outdoors on the large back deck, plumbed BBQ grill, and the outside fire pit.  Great views all around.  Sleeps 20 people all in beds.

Rates:  3 night minimum

$600 per night; $3600 per week (7 night stay).

$650 per night for Winter rentals

Prices do not include 8% sales/resort tax or cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy:

If you decide to cancel your reservation, please give us 60 (sixty) days notice in order to have your payment (minus a $75 re-booking fee) refunded.  If you fail to comply with these cancellation rules and cancel with less than 60 (sixty) days to the reservation date, 50% of the total rental price will be forfeited.
