Luxurious waterfront cabin on the Island Park Reservoir. 5 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms, loft, 2 propane fireplaces, unfinished basement to be used as mud room, and laundry facilities. This cabin has satellite TV, DVD, plumbed propane BBQ grill, outside fire pit, and private dock and cove. Large picture windows on main floor and 2nd floor for watching the activities or scenery. 
 
Covered deck offers plenty of room for the family to sit and enjoy the mountain and water views. Extra banquet tables and chairs are there for your use at family meals. The BBQ grill is plumbed right to the propane tank and is located by the basement entrance as is the outside fire pit. Enjoy the grass area in the back yard for family activities. The private cove is perfect for the kids to swim in and stay out of reach of the boaters. Put your family boat in at one of the community boat launches and bring around to the private dock. 
 
The main floor has a kitchen, dining room, living room with propane fireplace, master bedroom suite with private full bathroom, 1/2 bathroom, and laundry facilities. The master suite has a propane fireplace, flat screen TV, King bed, and private entrance to the deck. 
 
The 2nd floor has a loft with 2 queen beds and sitting area, 3 bedrooms with a queen bed in each, bunk room with 5 queen beds and private bathroom, and 1 full bathroom.
 
Basement is unfinished at this time and is to be used as the mud room. This helps keep the water, sand, and dirt out of the rest of the cabin.
 
 
**Garage is not avalable to the renters.**
 
 
Rates:  3 night minimum
 
$650 per night; $3900 per week (7 nights)
 
$700 per holiday night
 
Prices do not include 8% sales/resort tax or insurance fees.

Cancellation Policy:
 
A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation.  Cancellations that are made
more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur a $75 re-booking fee or
3% credit card merchant fee (whichever is greater) and will be deducted from the
refunded funds.  Cancellations that are made within sixty (60) days of the arrival
date forfeit 50% of the lodging total.
