This 3 bedroom, kids loft, 2 3/4 bathroom home has large picture windows for great views of the golf course greens, ranch lands, and mountain ranges. The sun room has a cast iron table and chairs for your convenience to relax in the crisp mountain air without the bugs. Enjoy the deck and landscaped yard. TV, DVD, and charcoal BBQ grill. The sun room is off the kitchen and dining area and has views of the golf course greens. Perfect for those moments that you want to be out of the weather and away from the bugs. Enjoy the large back deck as well with the great scenery. Purchase a family pass at the Island Park Village Club House for swimming, tennis, racquet ball, sauna, hot tub, weight room, and even a round of golf. If you need WiFi connection the club house does have this available.
Main floor has a kitchen, dining room, sun room, living room with queen sofa bed, master bedroom with private full bathroom, laundry room, and 3/4 bathroom. The master bedroom has a king bed.
2nd floor has a family room/loft area with a futon and game playing area, 2 bedrooms, full bathroom, and kids loft. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other bedroom has a queen bed and bunk bed (2 singles). Bring the kids sleeping bags and they can sleep in the kids loft.
