Other Amenities:  Beautifully decorated lodge, with plenty of room for the whole family or group.  Relax on the covered decks, soak in the hot tub, relax by the fireplace or shoot a game of pool.  Centrally located for snowmobiling, fishing or sightseeing.  Enjoy the serenity and wildlife of the Island Park area.  Yellowstone National Park is about 30 minutes away.

Rates:  3 night minimum

$750 per night; $4500 per week (7 night stay)

$800 per night over Holidays

Off Season:  October 1st to Mid November and April 1st to Mid May - $450 per night with $250 clean fee.

Off Season:  Groups of 6 or less can stay for $250 per night with a $150 cleaning fee.

Prices do not include 8% sales/resort tax and cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy:

If you decide to cancel your reservation, please give us 60 (sixty) days notice in order to have your payment (minus a $75 re-booking fee) refunded.  If you fail to comply with these cancellation rules and cancel with less than 60 (sixty) days to the reservation date, 50% of the total rental price will be forfeited.
