Island Park Reservoir waterfront!!! This luxurious cabin has 5 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, formal sitting room, den/office, family room, and living room. Each bedroom has their own private bathroom. Three large flat screen TV's with satellite, DVD, VCR, propane fireplaces, outside propane fireplace on deck, propane BBQ grill, outside fire pit, 2 car garage, and private waterfront deck and dock.
Enjoy the Island Park Reservoir like no one else. Put your boat in at the community boat launch and dock it on the private boat dock that will hold up to 3 boats. The private waterfront deck is great for sun bathing and watching the water activities. Enjoy the wrap around deck with a covered portion with propane fireplace for ambience and the open portion for lounging around. Partially landscaped with grass for comfort and games.
Main floor has kitchen, dining room, living room with flat screen TV and propane fireplace, sitting room, master bedroom suite with private bathroom, 3/4 bathroom, laundry room, and mud room entrance from the 2 car garage. The kitchen has a refrigerator with ice maker, a separate ice maker, propane cook top, double ovens, microwave drawer, dishwasher, and granite countertops. The master bedroom suite has a king bed, sitting area, flat screen TV with satellite, walk in closet, and private entrance to deck. The master bathroom has a walk in shower with heated ceramic tile, a large jetted tub, and double sinks. The laundry room is located in the 3/4 bathroom by the garage in the bottom cabinets.
Basement floor has a family room with flat screen TV, sofa bed and propane fireplace, 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, extra room with 2 futons, and mud room. First bedroom has a queen and private 3/4 bathroom. Second bedroom has 2 twin beds and a bunk bed (2 full beds) and a private full bathroom. Third bedroom has 1 queen and 1 twin bed and a private 3/4 bathroom. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed and a private full bathroom. Mudroom has entrance to the lower patio and 3/4 bathroom.
Rates: 3 night minimum
$650 per night; $3900 per week (7 nights)
$700 per holiday night
