Rates:  3 night minimum 

Peak Season:   May - Sept

$475 per night, $2850 per week (7 night stay)

Off Peak Season:  Oct - Apr

$400 per night;  $2400 per week (7 night stay). 

$475 per Holiday rate in Off Peak Season

Prices do not include 8% sales/resort taxes and cleaning fees.

Cancellation Policy:

If you decide to cancel your reservation, please give us 60 (sixty) days notice in order to have your payment (minus a $75 re-booking fee) refunded.  If you fail to comply with these cancellation rules and cancel with less than 60 (sixty) days to the reservation date, 50% of the total rental price will be forfeited.
