Cozy cabin in the Island Park Village golf course area. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, and circular driveway. TV with DVD and VCR only, propane fireplace, stereo, propane BBQ grill, and outside fire pit.
Enjoy the family cook outs by the fire pit or on the back deck. Purchase a family pass at the Island Park Village Club House for swimming, tennis, racquet ball, sauna, hot tub, weight room, and even a round of golf. If you need WiFi connection the club house does have this available.
Main floor has a kitchen, dining room, living room with propane fireplace, full bathroom, and laundry facilities.
The upper floor has 4 bedrooms and a full bathroom. The 1st bedroom has a king bed. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. The 3rd bedroom has 2 queen beds. The 4th bedroom has a full and twin bed.
**Garage is not available to the renters.**
Rates: 3 night minimum
$210 per night; $1250 per week (7 nights)
$225 per holiday night
Prices do not include 8% sales/resort tax, clean fees, or insurance fees.

Cancellation Policy:
A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made
more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur a $75 re-booking fee or
3% credit card merchant fee (whichever is greater) and will be deducted from the
refunded funds. Cancellations that are made within sixty (60) days of the arrival
date forfeit 50% of the lodging total.
